Parent Teacher Conferences

9/28/20

Dear Parents/Guardians:

Parent Teacher Conferences are scheduled for Thursday, 10/8/20 from 4:00 – 8:00 p.m., and again on Friday 10/9/20 from 12:30 – 4:30 p.m. THIS YEAR ALL PARENT TEACHER CONFERENCES WILL BE DONE EITHER BY A PHONE CALL OR VIRTUALLY. Parents can sign up for a 10-minute time slot to discuss your child’s progress by calling or emailing the individual teachers. On the back of this letter, you will find all of the teachers work phone numbers and email addresses. Please call or email that teacher directly. Do not call the front office. For your child’s online class, please make sure you contact Bethanie Bonadurer. If you need to speak with our counselor, Cassandra Trapp, you may also set up a telephone or virtual appointment with her.

If you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to get a hold of me. I have been very happy with how the in-person instruction has been progressing in the High School. Both the students and the staff have done a wonderful job in spite of the roadblocks that have been put in front of everyone.

Sincerely,

Dave Janicki
High School Principal

Emergency procedures shall not be limited to this code.” This emergency order requires the Hartford Public School Board to meet electronically.
